I am trained in a variety of modalities and techniques. Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and joint mobilization. Each of which are useful in a given situation. But mutual respect and communication are two key techniques I use in every session. This allows my clients to REALLY relax and thus get a great massage every time.
